We cordially invite you to the first session of The Living School, to be held at the Peckham Liberal Club on Saturday, February 6, 2016. The session considers the topic of The Expelled, and includes presentations by Jane Rendell and Irit Rogoff. Both reflect upon questions of expulsion, eviction and displacement, giving a broader view onto the systematic upheaval of people. In addition, a participatory workshop is led by the urban art collective zURBS, who engages with the local neighborhood to open up a dialogue between our own positionality and the urban scene.
